Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of your refund approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card provider, and then your bank. Processing time may apply.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. Contact us at support@tremmor.com and send your item to our returns address.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for high-value items.
